Oral Sedation
For this service, you arrive an hour before your scheduled appointment and take a sedative. We’ll make you comfortable in one of our state-of-the-art treatment rooms and monitor your vital signs. When you reach optimum relaxation, we will begin your procedure. If you choose oral sedation, we ask that you have someone to drive you home after your treatment is completed.
Nitrous Oxide Sedation
Nitrous oxide is also known as “laughing gas.” Prior to your treatment, we place a small inhaler over your nose. As you breathe in the nitrous oxide, you’ll begin to feel an overall sense of warmth and wellbeing. Some patients also experience numbness and tingling. This sedation option has no lasting side effects.
